Apple wants to put me out of business pt 2 Aftermarket Parts

If you read my last blog and you should have if not go read it. I talked about how Apple is working to put small businesses such as mine out of business.
Here is another angle that I alluded to but did not get into.
Apple says your warranty will be voided if you get your phone/ tablet repaired with me. Not true! Thank you FTC for clarifying this. I will link a great article at the bottom after I explain it in layman's terms.
You want to repair your phone or have me do it, no problem it will in no way void the warranty of the device. However if the part you replace in turn destroys the device then the warranty will be voided, however by simply replacing a screen or battery with a replacement you are not in any way voiding a warranty regardless of any contract you sign. Also it is up to Apple to determine that the part you used to repair your device actually hurt any other part of that device.
There are 3 things you should look for in a repair business
1. A repair center with a reputation. Are there reviews online and are they recent?
2. Are they established in the community, established businesses will be involved in the community with a reputation to uphold. This doesn't mean you can't go to a business that is brand new, only that the owner or personnel are known outside the repair shop.
3. Certifications,be wary of this one. Not all certifications are worth the paper they are printed on. There are few good ones out there. There are not many for phone repair yet, more are to come. There is no "ASE" for electronic techs.
